To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Please notify us via phone, text, or email to make changes to your appointment. No-Show/Last-Minute Cancellation: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session, and the 50% fee may apply. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time as well as the time of other clients.
